About Aviark
Aviark is airline-side commerce infrastructure for AI agents. We build software that connects supported shopping, booking, ancillary purchases, upgrades and servicing workflows to airline-controlled systems.
Aviark focuses on the work between a traveler’s request and a verified airline commerce outcome: supported access, explicit permissions, execution and a result that can be checked.
What we build
A traveler may ask an agent to find and book a flight, add a bag, choose seats, buy an upgrade or change an existing trip. Each request needs the right order access, current prices, permissions and backend operations. Aviark’s product scope covers that full commerce journey.
We build the airline-side interface and maintained workflow software around those requirements. The airline’s systems remain authoritative for offers, orders and fulfillment. Supported access, adapter capability and the exact workflow must be validated for each integration. How we approach a workflow
We start with an accessible order population and a purchase or servicing action whose outcome can be checked. Traveler consent and airline authorization have separate roles. The workflow must explain payment and fulfillment, handle an uncertain response and identify who owns recovery.
A proof of value should establish those boundaries before a production commitment. Our airline agent transaction guide explains the execution and verification questions. Current evidence
Status reviewed
The sandbox supports flight search, booking, paid-seat inclusion at booking, date changes and cancellation. Isolated synthetic tests check specific consent, authorization, replay and uncertain-execution behavior.
Post-booking ancillary purchases, exposed cabin upgrades, purchased-service preservation and complete compound-request recovery remain implementation work. These sandbox and synthetic results do not establish a production airline deployment or universal compatibility. We keep that boundary explicit when discussing a proposed workflow.
