Aviark builds the agent interface layer for airline commerce - software airlines deploy on their own endpoint so AI agents can shop, book, and service their products safely. This policy covers aviark.co, our marketing site. Contact: hello@aviark.co.

aviark.co sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for operation and abuse prevention.

Pages load the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser requests those files directly from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

If you email hello@aviark.co or book a call through Calendly, we receive what you send us - your name, email address, company, and the content of your message or booking. We use it only to respond and to manage our relationship with you. Calendly processes scheduling data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell contact data or share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.

Aviark's product runs on airline infrastructure, governed by each deployment agreement. Data residency follows the deployment model: self-hosted and hybrid deployments keep passenger data inside the airline's environment, and managed hosting runs in a dedicated tenancy on the airline's domain. Aviark holds no authoritative order state - the airline's ONE Order / PSS remains the system of record - and every agent action writes to an append-only, hash-chained audit trail. Specific terms are set in each agreement, which prevails over this page for deployed systems.

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@aviark.co and we will respond promptly. If we ever materially change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date below.
